Notion to Webflow Automation Developer
We are seeking a skilled developer to create a Chrome extension, ChatGPT bot, or Zapier integration that automates data rewrites/reformatting from Notion data entry into Webflow.
We have a partner with a Notion database of virtual assistants. The database includes their names, skills, software experience and a link to their resume in a Google doc. Before we transfer the candidates to our own database and display them on our website, we must use ChatGPT to rewrite the resume and structure the data so it's ready to paste into the Webflow CMS.
Here's the workflow we envision:
We will select a candidate from Notion that we wish to add to our database
We send all of the info from Notion + the content from the G-Doc resume into ChatGPT via a chrome extension, or via copy and pasting along with a custom prompt designed to rewrite the content and format it correctly for Webflow. If needed, we can eliminate the G-Doc - putting all the resume content into a column in Notion for easier push to ChatGPT. It would be great if we could also automate the process of removing the background from the profile image and uploading it to webflow as a PNG. Right now, we do this manually with Canva.
We need a way to quickly send the data into Webflow, creating a new CMS collection item draft with everything including the VA's name, profile image, specializations, skills, software experience, availability, work experience, and education. We'll need multi-reference fields to map properly so we're not creating a bunch of duplicate collection items for skills, software experience, etc. Before publishing, we'd review the draft, make any necessary adjustments, and hit publish. It doesn't have to be 100% ready, but we're looking for at least 90% ready to publish data with minimal need for reformatting, tagging, etc.
We're not looking for one time data entry from Notion to Webflow, we're looking to build a lightweight, cost effective automated app/system/extension to allow us to quickly add new VAs as needed with minimal time and effort needed.
